I'm doing this. which should be a laugh considering I'm a 20 a day smoker and drink beer like it's going out of fashion.

Haven't been in a gym in over 10 years and been to the compound pool twice in 6 1/2 hears.

How tough can it be?

No but I'm in for the Dubai Desert Run and the Ascis 15k plus the JLL tri if you fancy ?

obstacles are always kept secret.

All you will know is there is a 8k or a 16k event. I considering the 16k.

kind of a group event. You can go as a team, but its a team of individuals - really it's about helping each other through the event.

I'm away on 24th Sept so can't do the DDR, 14th Oct for the 15k looks very doable.

The Tough Mud is 9th Dec...
