I wonder if it would be a fish restaurant?
Also it could start off as a floating restaurant that sinks.
Is it bad taste? I actually think i have lost all taste levels now so who knows...

Could have a prawn cocktail as a signature dish made with fresh iceberg lettuce.

In keeping with the theme, lower class patrons will be segregated from the upper class and will make do with less comfort and amenities.

Got a sinking feeling about this one. They'll just ship in yet more bad waiting staff and we'll all end up without ice(bergs) in our drinks.
If I were in charge I'd employ some lovely little maidens for this. Question is, will it be Five Star or White Star?

While the Titanic restaurant sounds a bit ropey, the Godfather themed apartment building also mentioned in the article would be brilliant!

The Mercure in Riyadh is boat shaped...as is the train station in Saint Nazaire, France...and another one in Jeddah iirc
Quite like the idea of simulated sinking whilst having dinner.
