Thinking of a change of car - Audi A4 convertible?

Later this year looking at a change of wheels...

Happy to admit I don't have a knowledge of all the wheels around, but considering an Audi A4 convertible.

Anyone have an opinion on said motor or similar? Looking at second hand...

Slate me now...

People who like Graphite Grey color cars deserve some Karma.

Having owned a few cabs, I dont think the Audi looks as nice and purposeful on the road as the BMW 3 Series cab. Prob here is there aint a lot of alternatives. I would go Audi before say Volvo C70 though.., and good call to stay away from Roadsters - they're for the ladies!!!

Yeh, they're fine but wasn't sure if that was what Auto meant with the 'Slate' reference...

All your pearly buttons would contrast quite nicely with graphite grey too.
You dont have grey hair tho, do you?? You'd be better off with burgundy then imo.

It's probably not representative, but a mates boyfriend has one and he's ditching it as soon as he can because it's been in the shop nearly as much as it's been on the road for various little things, only a couple years old when he got it, has had it a year now.

Cylinders, roof getting stuck and breaks gave way on him were the last string of expletives that tipped him over the edge....and around our way, not many places touch Audi's for some reason so getting it squared away was pretty pricey for him, which probably won't be a concern your way.

Thye Audi S4 Convertible was top of my shopping list when I arrived over. I have owned Audi's for years and, while pricey to fix, they have never let me down.

Would not, however, own one over here.. Don't believe VAG 'GCC spec' the vehicles that are delivered over here and the cost of repair / maintenance is crazy, in comparison to other European marques...

Still would never own a BMW.... Saw a guy trying to sell his M3 Evo convertible for under 100K, if you are interested...

I am getting a new car for Christmas, it will be another Pajero seeing as we can't afford the Infiniti FX35 of my dreams :(
