I was wandering if there were any planned meet ups for the uae-brits?
If not, anyone interested? (preferably Dubai. AD + Sharjah)

well...until about a year ago there were frequent BE nights out, but for some reason they have just died down...people moved away, got 'real' friends, their wives came to live here, or we just pissed them off somehow, lol...
so I suggest if you want to meet people, you need to organise something yourself, there seem to be a few new ones around so maybe there is a market for it again...
I personally always enjoyed meeting BE-ers...it always confirms that the women who have 'girl' 'chick' etc in their urser names or have a sexy avatar, are actually fat mingers and the men are the types you'd walk a mile from when you'd meet them in a bar...so that in itself is a good recipe for a great night out...
so I suggest if you want to meet people, you need to organise something yourself, there seem to be a few new ones around so maybe there is a market for it again...
