Stupid Mistakes......
So yesterday I realised we need more drivers so posted an ad on dubizzle.
The stupid mistake, I put my mobile number not the work landline. 70 calls in 24 hours including one at midnight and one at 6am.............Oh, and 32 unreadable 'CV's' beeping all the time on my Blackberry........

Always put an email address (preferably one you can junk afterwards).
If the applicant has enough nouse & English to be able to send a decent email, that you can understand, that's a start.
