A Story For Us Oldies
It appears that we almost lost one of the great comedy acts of our generation before they even started on television. Eric and Ernie were the favourites in our household during the 60-70s, closely followed by Abbott and Costello...and who of you can remember Mike and Bernie Winters? God, they were awful.

Mike and Bernie Winters........ perhaps the unfunniest so-called comedians in the history of British television.
In fact, they would win the 'Unfunniest Comedians in the World' award, if it were not for the existence of Bill Cosby...........

Rolling forward to the 1970s.. I thought Canon and Ball were pretty bad, and I never really enjoyed Little and Large.
Does anyone remember Cheese n Onion?
