Where do you start??? Since when does the morning stop at 4pm? so its actually closed all morning, midday and early afternoon. I do actually think this is one of the most ridiculous things I've heard! What about the men that leer at you everywhere else? Or how about they warn their gardeners they are there to do a job not letch over women?

Perhaps they could employ female gardeners, or why not put all women in Sharjah and all men in Dubai and then they will never have to be in contact with each other ever ever ever- actually why not just send all women to Venus and all men to Mars and just be done with it - ffs

Sure you can instruct them not to stare but how exactly do you implement such a law without invariably creating a situation ripe for abuse and mistake. Unless you got CCTVs all over the park.
