Ed Balls, a man who has never knowingly told the truth.......
That Philpot doesn't count, on the grounds that we only hate him because he has recently been made known to us at all........... you have to be known in a sort of ongoing way, not for a one-off event (IMHO).
I'd add a few other politicians but that is probably too much, in the light of the Thatcher thread.......
