The prosecution relied on the CC-TV footage - big mistake, as it didn't show anything incriminating.........
And is the rumour true that the plaintiff who made the complaint has some previous in all this (spot a celebrity, then try to provoke trouble)?
Amy Whorehouse was also acquitted today......... not that IS a travesty. Couldn't she have at least pleaded guilty to being an overrated underachiever?
