England don't seem to have much variation in their play in the backs for me. It's all a bit predictable.
Nevermind, we'll figure it out. |

overly simplistic assessment.....
Maybe so, however the Times rugby correspondent mentions that exact point in the newspaper today. England also had one of the touch judges for the Ireland game refereeing a training session yesterday...arranged before the 6 nations and ' not prompted by England's inability to adapt at the breakdown' |

Ireland have not made any complaint however. |

Re: Six Nations
congrats to Ireland the best side by a distance this year thoroughly deserved. Lots of work for England to do who were poor and a reality check for the over confident Welsh.

Re: Six Nations
Well done Ireland, deserved winners for standing up in a strange 6N and just beating whatever was put in front. Great work today and Tadhg (forgotten his last name) was a worth MoTM.
Italy v Scotland was a cracker, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Fantastic result to have the staying power at the end. Watched parts of the Wales v France game but until Jonathan Davies is banned from commentating I can only manage five-ten minute bursts. I've never heard such offensively bad, biased and plain wrong commentary in any other sport. Mental, that such a poisoned opinion is allowed to be broadcast, hardly welcoming to new fans of the game if one commentator is berating the officials and claiming every decision should be for Wales. Stupid ****. |

Oh come on, don't deny us our gloating rights. Where's the outrage about the referee, the TMO missing (or ignoring) the knock-on for the first try which turned the game, mother nature conspiring with the IRFU for the weather etc etc etc. We need to feast on your sour grapes for our hangover breakfast, otherwise what's the point?
Bloody magnanimous middle-class rugby fans... Commentator said you'd beat NZ at the moment. I actually spat water out my mouth. ****ing moron. |

I'm ****ing livid inside, just trying to be a grown up for once. Ireland's side is at best, bang average. We just underperformed completely throughout the tournament.

Re: Six Nations
England and Ireland were dull to watch. Ireland deserves the victory but once they scored early on I knew the match was over. Oh well, what else to say?
Italy and Scotland much more enjoyable. Close matches are always fun to watch. |
