he'd need full support, about £40m+ to spend, his own staff (he wants rob lee as his assistant) and he'd need to be making all the changes, can't really see that happening - I think he's fully aware that it could all go pear shaped unless this happens. He's not that daft.

I like the type of football he is trying to play, pass, pass, pass etc.....sadly we dont have the players to be like Arsenal, and thats the problem.....can see it being a long season as there is nothing between mid table and bottom points wise.....
