I make scotch eggs all the time bc they can be as simple as sausage meat and eggs. Park and shop has pre minced sausage meat if you want. Dead easy to make and so tasty

I make them with sausage meat not minced pork, I wanted to make to sell but you can buy them for 9 dhs anyway in choithrams, not as nice of course but even still

I couldn't even find a decent recipe for pork pies, and I think they are labour intensive to make

pork pie one o one 1#flour 16oz lard or fat of your choose one egg 1/3cup water mix put in cooler till set 2#pork diced small with fat 6g salt 3g white pepper 4g sage leaf mix . roll out pastry into a big round to fit a muffin tin get the meat mix and place in middle of pastry then place in muffin tin press down to fit cut off all the spare and reroll make a round for the top press the pastry edge together make a hole in top bake at 400 for about 1 hour or until golden brown cool for about one hour fill the pie with chicken stock glellaten about two cup should do put in cooler over night this should make 10-12 pork pies :thumbup:prep time 20 minutes cook time 1 hour or three beers
