The "3 witnesses" rule although correct in terms of Sharia law is not used within the court system here where hearsay is acceptable as evidence. Also the fact that she admitted to the "crime" ensures that no witnesses need to be brought forward.

The despicable behavior of the wronged husband is atrocious however there but for the grace of god go so many people in the UAE.

So is that drunken romp really worth it while your husband's away or your wife and kids are on holiday during the summer?
