Scamp darling, you need to make some changes..eat slowly and consciously..it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to recognise that your stomach is full.
You want to start having lots of small meals through the day, eat every 2 or 3 hours so that you don't get so hungry.
Have some high protein meals early, try the protein bread, that will help to keep you full longer and then graze throughout the day. xx
