I've written this about 6 times now and theres no easy way of saying it- I'm not going into my preferences but it should never ever be down to the knees! I'm not saying there shouldn't be any but well you know...

Not so much about weight loss, more fat burning. I'm around 85KG and have been around that for a while, but my whole shape has changed and have pretty low percent bodyfat...and I now have bingo wings on my kneecaps.

Pretty much anything on a woman after 32 years of abuse is going to be suspect and well on its way to being worn out
but particularly
Stretch marks, no one likes em, they are not a right of passage to be loved, they are not kissable like in Shirley Valentine, they look revolting. This is what basques were made for... to cover up all the stretched bits
Varicose veins. legs on a 35+ woman should be covered in very black stockings to hide the lines of blue that will surely come.

Al they do is hurt you when you're a baby, then they fall out, and make you look dumb.
Then they grow back and for the next who-knows many years they attract bits of tomato just as you're about to smile at an attractive member of the opposite sex.
And they get stained if you dare to eat anything or drink cola or smoke or drink tea...
Then when you're old they fall out again and you can enjoy life.
