Re: Room 101
Speaking of twats....
I saw this advert and couldn't resist posting it here. It's someone looking for a flatshare in Doha. Odds are he's with ****** and will be on the plane back home in a month?
Hi All,
I have only been in Doha 1 week so far... cureently residing in the Ezdan Tower 3. This contract is due to expire 15th February, but i am happy to move into my nw digs and start the lease from March 1st.
I am 26 year old male professional working in the finance sector. My job requires a lot of networking, so i will be out and about a lot of evenings.
I have house shared for a couple of years now back home. I will be quiet and respectful if requried and am probably the cleanest and tidiest person you will ever meet (in fact i border on obsessive in this respect).
At the same time though i am naturally quite a loud and outgiong, positive person. I am very talkative and enjoy socialising and experiencing new things!
So depending on the potential flat mates, i can cater to all
I have looked around at different towers and think that the Kempinski/Asas or Beverly Hills appears is where i want to be, and having been sucessful and lived a very comfortable life back home, I would love to get that back again as soon as possible! (The Ezdan just isn't as 'up-market' as i would like.)
I am available to come and view at fairly short notice, this week i can do any evening or anytime at the weekend, however next week i have multiple networking events. So i will only be available Sunday, Monday and Wednesday evenings, or the weekend.
I am budgeting myself up to 6000QAR, but 5000-5500 would be preferred.
Please WhatsApp me on +XXX XXX XXXX. I look forwards to hearing from you lovely people!
Kind Regards,
Rob

Wow. The very mention of the firm's name is enough to get it blacked out. Whoa.

FYI
Saw the POS (well, someone named Rob with identical stats) respond to another advert on another housing site and his profile says he works for the firm that begins with D and ends in E and has a V and R and two more Es in it, but we can't spell out the name properly because it gets blacked out.
Who woulda thought? only they would be malicious enough to send newbie FAs to a country whose economy is buggered and expats are fleeing in droves.
If I decide to take a nice flat and rent out the spare rooms, rule #1 is no FAs whatsoever. You just know it's going to end with him skipping the country and leaving behind unpaid rent.
Except Meow, if she ever decides to move to Doha

I am 26 year old male professional working in the finance sector.
Professional means one of three things.
Having accreditation from a recognised professional body (such as the RICS, ACCA, Law Society, BMA), usually backed-up with a relevant degree. Seems unlikely.
Professional as opposed to amateur, as in footballer. That's not what he means.
Which only leaves the last definition ...

I also nominate shit tattoos. Linking to the other thread, good and great and incredible tattoos are pleasing to see and an art form. Shit ones are just atrocious and deserve banishing.
