Have to agree. Met him once years ago at Edgbaston, top bloke.
Upset the established order and took a chance. OK he may have done it for the money re: World Series Cricket, but even he (and Ritchie Benaud) could see that half empty stadiums for a sport that is mainly played during the day would soon be the death knell of cricket. The success of T20 has a lot to thank Tony Greig for.
