It was quality. I was more impressed by the general imagery of him stood on a ledge, outside a big silver box, under a balloon, in space. Those images were absolutely mega.
The freefall etc would have been more exciting if there had been some serious issues.

I was pretty worried about him when he was spinning klike that - though i assumed he was ok as they said he had an emergency chute which would deploy is the G force was too great.

The ten minutes before he jumped were quite hair-rasing! especially when they thought it would have stopped rising but it was going at 2,000 feet per minute!

When he reported he was having some difficulties as his visor was steamed up I was thinking if I was in his position I'd be reporting my visor was covered in chunks and my boots were filling up.

I wonder how the team sorted out the issue of opening a chute while travelling at 800+ mph.

As the atmosphere became thicker, it slowed him down, and also gave him more control over his direction, spin, and velocity.
