anyone know if you can rent a car in the uk with a Qatari driving license?

Yep. No issues for me. Never asked for my International Driving Permit either. Strangely the only time i've been asked to show that was in Sri Lanka.

As above. I always rent in UK on my Dubai license. Never a problem.

Even better , if you get a few points they'll never appear on your license . I always hire on a foreign license .
