Well, to me a proper teacher is one who has a BEd and a proper teaching qualification. I am not sure what a TESOL is? Is it one of those month lomg courses milkmen do?

No, it definitely doesn't. She tried to get me to do the RAK Half Marathon with her....the best thing is she started trying to convince me and actually told herself it wasn't worth the effort. Quality.

TESOL = Teacher Earning Supplementals Outside Lessons
