Prince Harry cancels Dubai visit
Prince Harry's visit to Dubai to play in a fund-raising polo match has been cancelled because of unrest in the region, St James's Palace has said.
The prince was due to take part in the Sentebale Cup in aid of his Africa charity on 19 March.
St James's Palace said the prince felt it would be insensitive to participate when there were "matters of greater priority to focus on in the region".
A spokesman said Harry had been "very much looking forward to the visit".

The irony of Harry coming to Dubai to attend a charity for African aid. Dubai and Arabs in general known for its bad attitude towards Africans and other dark skinned people makes a mockery of the whole thing.

Re: Prince Harry cancels Dubai visit
Ha ha, there's a Nigerian team playing in the polo Gold Cup at the moment here in Dubai. Got well beaten by Dubai Falcons yesterday (Thursday) though.
Off topic but, if you're interested in polo at all this is a great tournament - in the other match yesterday (Thursday) Habtoor Polo were beated by Ghantoot by 7 - 6 goals. Really good match.

If you don't like Friday brunch crowds avoid next Friday's final. It will be a bun fight and the semi on Wednesday, if you can make it, will be an equally good match but without the Friday brunch crowd.
