Re: Premium Denim in DXB
My friend and I were saying just the other day about how we really miss the unique eclectic boutiques and online stores that you get in England. All the stores here just sell the mass brands rather than anything that's different, and I certainly haven't come across any eco clothing. Eco and Dubai just don't go together somehow

I have and would pay that for a pair of well cut and well styled jeans. A well cut pair of jeans can totally transform your ass and lengthen your legs depending on what you're looking for (MH clearly doesn't need either of these benefits though especially considering the length of her legs!).

That's not the kind of denim we endorse, V.Beckham does that.

I totally agree that a well cut pair of denim or even pants can transform a person. Initially we wanted to get into production but we decided against it and instead do collaborations with certain companies that we feel have similar values and philosophy.
The denim we intend to carry is handmade by artisans and takes hours and sometimes days to create. We also will carry denim that does well in Europe but that is hard to find here.
Most of the PD that is marketed anywhere is made of sub par quality, think True Religion, Seven and Rock & Republic. Clients tend to pay more for advertising and marketing rather than the quality of the denim itself.
There are only two stores in all of United States that a similar philosophy, none in the UK that I can think of.
We want to have that option for people over here, as opposed to buying denim online without trying it first (what I have to resort to)

If they're really good quality and the fitting is perfect, then yes, I wouldn't mind buying. The three pairs I own now (M&S, LizC, Levis) feel like pjs- have lost a lot of weight
