Premier League Season 2013/14
What's everyone's thoughts?
I'm thinking Chelsea Champions (especially when/if Rooney joins them), Man City second, Arsenal third (providing they get Suarez, if they don't then Man Utd).
As for relegation, Palace, Hull and either Cardiff or Norwich.
As for The Tremendous Toon - top 10, probably between 8th and 10th.
Top scorer - you have to fancy Van Persie again, but I think Loic Remy (if he stays out of jail) will be in the top 5.

Kinda agree that Chelski will get the top spot mainly due to Mourhinho. Then he'll fall out with the Russian crook again and be off elsewhere.
Doubt United will be lower than 3rd and most probably second. I doubt they'll let Rooney leave to a club in the EPL so if he does go it will be to somewhere in Europe. If not he'll stay. I can also see someone coming in before the window shuts. Maybe Fellaini, maybe somone else. Also, its was interesting that Valencia has changed back to No. 25 from the No. 7 he had last season. Also the young chap with the weird surname is quality, as is Zaha.
City will as usual have the issue of their team gelling. With so many new additions it will take time to settle. Also, I think a lot depends on if Silva has a decent season. He's undoubtedly quality but he was a shadow of his former self last season. I'n also not so sure using Dzeco as the main target main will work as they are planning. He's a bit easy to read and contain.
I can't see Le Arse getting Suarez, and even if they did he will be banned for the first 5 games and then he's probably odds on to be banned again before the end of the season. If Bale stays then I think they will pip Arsenal.
Liverpool have bought well and the looks of the new boys in the pre season games must is good. As such, think they'll pip Everton this season, who if Fellani goes could be in a bit of trouble.
So, I am going:
Chelsea
United
City
Spurs
Arsenal
Liverpool
Everton

You can get odds on most combinations relatively easily on betfair (I put quite a few combinations on last week) although I'm not sure if you can combine top 4 and relegation 3 in one bet.

Has everyone got the Al Jazeera sports package now? Upgraded my package through du today but they only offer 2 HD channels but they should have 6. Anyone know a way around it?

New category suggestion:
"Teams Whose Final Finishing Position Is Completely Impossible To Predict"?
[you know - the 'they'll either get in the Europa League or get relegated' team)
I'll nominate Fulham.

Norwich for me. They have made some solid signings but it could all go bad for them.
