What a great place! I spent a week there with a mate about 10 years ago. My liver has not been the same since. I remember we were with some aussie women who excitedly told us that there was an up and coming actor in the beach bar where we were spending way to much money on corona. Yep, a gem of a place indeed. It was an 8 hour (?) boat ride from Athens and had very few proper hotels which seemed to put off all the Brits-on-the-piss types so it was full of chilled out travellers and party people that had heard about it via word of mouth. That was 1999 - often wonder what it's like now.
