May I just say that what was the point of arresting them in the first place if they were to be released? Was that supposed to be a deterrent or an example for others? It is still going to happen regardless. As they say..you cant stop love!
So why end up looking like you just tasted your own foot? Why are people so reactive instead of proactive?

Because someone higher up with wasta ordered them to be released.
