Is there even much to see underwater in Dubai? Which then brings up the point: why build a tennis court underwater if the scenery is ho-hum. If it is beautifull underwater (coral, lots of fishes etc..) such a project will destroy all that.

Considering the article is nearly a year old, and came from an architect in Warsaw who "admitted he had yet to source potential investors to launch the proposal.", I guess this can be written off.

Had Mr. Krzysztof Kotala proposed an underwater brothel it may have gained more traction. A tennis court would never had worked.
