I left fifty quid in a cash machine once. Usual story, distracted by two kids. I was gutted as I was particulary strapped at the time.
The money had been handed into the bank.
I've had money NOT come OUT of a cash machine before - 1000 dirhams. Said it came out but it didn't from a machine in Dubai mall. I reported it immediately, filled in a form at the bank and yet four months of chasing with ACDC got me absolutely nowhere. Bastards.
My husband also lost the car in Dubai mall parking. Took us ages to find it.
