Looks like small portions from the menu. And what is the use of a small line of sauce or froth on plate apart from looking awful - adds no value to taste.

I think it's fantastic, and I regard myself as something of a veteran when it comes to Japanese food. It's better than Nobu, as I said, and I'd certainly rate it above what seems to be everyone's go-to Japanese of choice, Zuma. I've had decent meals at that one in Emirates Towers (whose name I cannot recall at present) but Okku is consistently the best. |
