You were on superb form yet again last night - many thanks. You're not cheap, to be fair, but I never feel I've paid too much for what you actually produce. Why anyone ever goes to the likes of Nobu, I cannot begin to imagine.

I've not been but I understand the waitresses skirts are very short.

Yes - this is why I always opt for the 'crouching-on-the-floor' tables......... actually their skirts look very smart and are - just about - long enough to cover the main points of interest........ the restaurant even displays the 'look' on its recruitment web page...........

Looks like small portions from the menu. And what is the use of a small line of sauce or froth on plate apart from looking awful - adds no value to taste.
