Re: obese on flight
I have a squat ass for sure!! Sadly, my calves are shit. No matter how much i work on them. I tore my Achilles last year (so painful), so i i don't work my calves that hard anymore and also i did put some weight on during that period, but its lost now.
Highly recommend this workout for anyone looking to trim quickly.

Do you also put all the furniture in the middle so that you can run laps around the apartment?

The screen is half work out, half tv/movie/youtube.
No furniture to move, before you give me "banter for it" try one video. Its freaking hard.

What for, Iggles?
The thing I don't understand is why people put themselves through unpleasant pain for the sake of losing a few pounds.
I do things I enjoy. I cycle. I swim. I occasionally run when I need to clear my head and think about something critical. And yeah, I don't eat much. Boom - in shape without thinking about it.

I know the program and have watched the video on youtube. It is just the usual 800-1000 calorie/ hour HIIT workout (which is roughly the most anyone can do in an hour). Tough but possible to get through - exactly the same as body attack/body combat or TUFF. I prefer TUFF as its assisted by weights. Always do it in a class format though as I like to see the girls go shiny.

No banter. I always just find it funny people doing these in front of the TV.

So I'd do a chest in the gym, go to the flat an do a cardio workout.
Edit
The misses goes mental at me. Why are you jumping in front of a TV. You look stupid.

Re: obese on flight
errr I have no idea what my BMI is....and I can't remember the last time I weighted myself.....I work out 5-6 times a week ( 3 times bounce fit classes and then 2-3 times in the gym doing mainly cardio for a good 45-60 mins)
had a boob reduction a couple of years ago which not only improved my body silhouette but made working out so much better....best decision of my life...wished I'd had it done years ago....I can never understand why women want big bazookers.

Page 5 and no Hungry Horace, odd considering how much he enjoys a good fat people rant.
