thought this was going to be about the texts you get from the police...got 4 texts yesterday saying I was fined, but when I logged on to the police website there was only an old fine that showed up...so not sure what that was all about...

Apparently the Police website takes weeks to get up-dated or so my boss tells me. He also received a speeding fine by sms which didn't appear on the website, but which he had to pay (AED600) when the car registration was up for renewal.

Based on the below list of the only ones with pence and that you get fined only once even if you have commited the crime multiple times...
