A nose job and likely a few other things done to her face...she looks like she hasn't smiled since the anesthetics wore off from the boob job..
As for her clothes - the pictures look like she's dressed for a night in (needs a whip and a gas mask to complete the look) than a night out. People moan all the time about not getting into clubs, bars and restaurants but the fact is they are privately owned and the owners can decide who they want to do business with...I do wish people would stop whinging, I'm sure there are plenty of other places she can go (the zoo for example
