I've spend longer in the bathroom after a curry than she was actually missing for.

Good to see that people actually care though - It'll be weeks before anyone would start looking for me :lol:

She's outside of the country apparantly , the boyfriend is currently on a plane , doesn't know she's been found or shall we say surfaced ;)

On a totally not related note, there was a tiny article in one of the local rags a few days ago about four men arrested for murdering a female Chinese "tourist" in UAQ. Glad to see this didn't end up as one of those awful situations.

But yeah, it does make you speculate on what you'd actually do if your GF suddenly disappeared. Risk going to the police and being arrested for out of wedlock sex? Subject yourself to potentially intense investigation for months, along with mysterious jail times and trials all in Arabic and you have no idea what's going on or being said, before falling afoul of some conservative judge who decides to wrap it up quickly to save Dubai's face by sentencing you as an example of western hedonism?

Next thing you know it's you on the cover of the DM.
