You mean the normal milk? I didn't think it was, but all the others have added milk solids, whereas Marmum is just milk (or essence of chocolate cow which may have added thickener, but normal doesn't).

I would imagine a lot of people may have issues with British meat due to the previous problems with foot and mouth disease and of course the whole mad cow problem.
It tainted the reputation for a long time.
