Had my BP taken this weekend. 108/58. Normal/borderline low.

I do always feel cold and get a bit giddy sometimes...

Struggled a bit but did it. Fairly solid first 2km then had to have a breather and strolled a bit.

Jogged, plodded and walked the rest. Beaten by my own brain, spent the entire time I was out there thinking about running and if my legs hurt and how far to go and if I should walk or if I should keep going or if I was getting a stitch etc. Instead of just trying to clear the mind and enjoy some fresh air and outdoors.

Anyway, about 30secs slower than the first one I did, which I'd trained for, so that's a positive.

Great work Scamp. Running is always a mental battle. If the rot sets in early it’s a nightmare.
