Maui Jim - excellent service
 
I don't normally do this... but I must report excellent customer service at the Maui Jim repair centre.

I sent a pair of sunnies off for new lenses as I had scratched them to shit.

250dh for new lenses (they cost 800dh in the first place) - The glasses were returned after only 3 days and not only did they replace the lenses, but they - free of charge - replaced the arms, nose bridge, the screws and provided me a new cleaning cloth and case.

If I wasn't so naive, I may even think that they just sent me a new pair.

I wonder if Serengeti and Ray ban offer similar service. I've some as good as new sunnies with cracked lenses.
