Re: Man U
Mentalist's question was, "Noise about what?". Dumbo's post was about finishing matches, ie Man U's coming back from 2-0 down away to Villa and 1-0 down against Bragga away in the space of 4 days, on top of winning after being down against Soton, Fulham, Liverpool, Cluj and Bragga (again) this season. If he's going to respond to a post about something (albeit not explicitly stated) re Man U, it wouldn't be unreasonable for him to consider that such comebacks in the space of 4 days were the subject.

Just popping in to acknowledge the 'gallows humour' of Saints manager Nigel Adkins........... he had the good grace to laugh his socks off when a reporter (pre-match) referred to QPR v Southampton as 'El Sackico"............

Re: Man U
Re Man U, I did predict pre-season that they wouldn't be top at Xmas because they have a much harder first half of the season than second half. Nevertheless, losing to Norwich...

Re: Man U
Fair do's. Congrats on the win, you've now won only once less than Everton who are in 5th position, which is a bit weird.

Keeper's are unreliable and rotated too much.

Scholes is one of the all-time greats as a goalscoring midfielder (think Bobby Charlton but more fluid and mobile) BUT...... definitely off the pace this season. I actually think he needs to play the full 90, week in, week out.

......... and on a sad note, one of the unsung (unknown?) heroes who survived the Munich crash, but never really 'recovered' from it.............
