Sorry to be boring and repetitive in that case.
However, this reports his sentence.
Apparently he's been placed on the Sex Offenders Register.
All bicycles in the area he lives will now be automatically put on alert.

With a brand new bike, fresh out of the wrapping - well, you can't be sure it will function properly.
Whereas, one that's got a few miles under it's wheels? Well, it will be nicely run in and many of the faults will have been ironed out, thereby assuring a comfortable ride.
