There is a beach at the CP - it's just a bit of a hike down the cliff below the pool.

not sure about rooms, but the facilities (restaurants, gym, pool, lap pool, kids area, spa) are better at the Intercon than the CP. No idea about Grand Hyatt to be honest as we only go to the restaurants there.
