actually it isn't bollocks, if you wear a corset for long periods of time over an extended period of time- so 12 hours a day over a few months your waist would not just flop out to its original size, long term your body would relax but it doesn't happen overnight, if you continue to wear it then it an allow you to be slimmer for a certain length of time whilst not wearing it- however it does require dedication! It can also help with slimming as you can't eat as much! Honestly Millhouse if you don't believe me look into corset training...
Theres also some product on the market at the moment which has caffiene infused fabrics which claim to burn fat as your wear them- not sure about that though!
