I'm sure there must be some British expats in Kuwait, and surely some of them are aware of this internet-expat club. Coopers & Lybrand (accountants/auditors) had an office there in 1965 when a friend and I passed through from Iran to Iraq; and Google assures me that the company's successor is there now. There must surely be some actual Brits working there too. Back in the day, I was interviewed by a local English-language radio program - and paid ten pounds for my trouble, even! Memorably, we celebrated the Orthodox Church's Christmas Day (10th January, if I remember), in the flat of a well-educated Palestinian family of refugees from their homeland. (They regarded Winston Churchill as a war criminal. Oops!)
I very much hope a BE resident will poke his or her head above the parapet and join us in a discussion of some kind.
