The K9 Friends shelter is completely full at present and we currently have a waiting list of over 40 dogs waiting to come in.

If you are here for the summer and can take a dog into your home for a few weeks or months please call our office on 04 885 80 31 or
050 274 19 49 (during opening hours from Saturday-Thursday 9am-1pm) and foster for us.

I'm putting a dog down today or tomarow..I flew home this morning to do it- It's the only reason i'm home..She can't even get outside to go to the bathroom anymore....$40 for the shot and $120 to cremate her.
