It's not her fault she borrowed to the hilt in rampant property speculation and then got shafted by the GFC !!!
I think we should all have a whip-round and send her a Harrods Hamper.
p.s. I'd have rather a bit more sympathy if the story was about someone who was rather more like the vast majority of people in the UK i.e. working to keep a roof on their head, food on the table and the kids clothed, not some media-dahling who got greedy.

I can find loads of stuff for my kids for much less than that ... but my kids were not brought up on Harrods goods and think a packet of Cadbury's chocolate buttons is a treat. Anything Cadbury's is a treat because it doesn't exist here.
