If this picture doesn't move you..
Mr Unger adopted Schoep, who is named after a famous brand of Wisconsin ice cream, when he was just a puppy, and now that the dog has developed arthritis, he has trouble getting to sleep.
‘Shep falls asleep every night when he is carried into the lake. The buoyancy of the water soothes his arthritic bones. Lake Superior is very warm right now, so the temp of the water is perfect,' the photographer wrote on the Facebook post.

Ooh that made me a bit emotional.
I've recently adopted a rescue puppy - a gorgeous brindle pharaoh hound/greyhound cross. He's just turned nine months old. Watching him run is incredible (and scary "oh ****, come back, come back, COME BACK!")
Walking him has become my favourite thing. Dogs blow away the cobwebs.

Life with animals is just better. I don't trust anyone who doesn't like animals.

That man is too soft. When you buy an animal you put the same amount of money aside for vets bills. Then the vet money runs out... well, you dig the hole.

This guy needs to wake up . One of the best things about Saudi is the lack of dogs and their mess . There is a place for dogs and that is outside the home . People who let the smelly animals into their homes , buy them special food and hug them are crazy .

But not as crazy as you, as you're the one living in Saudi...
