its the art of plyometrics - it does look good - personally i wouldnt do some of the stuff plyometric does as it cant be that good on the knees (well esp on my old knees)

Yeah, gotta be fit and practise like mad to do it, but then it causes problems. Much like most of the lifelong practising karate bods I know with arthritis, bad knees/hips, etc. Kind of reminds me of that cartoon representative of asian women as they approach the last image where they suddenly get short and wizened with fuzzy hair (only in this case, on the inside)

I used to do plyometric training when I was at college (17/18) to help playing basketball.
Worked really hard for about 3 months. Managed to dunk the ball. Stopped immediately. Dream complete.
