I had a bad day yesterday, pub quiz and 3 pints :(

But today I was straight back on it, Banana, for brekkie, garden veg salad for lunch, banana in the arvo and then an hour down the gym followed by grilled chicken and steamed veg.

By my calculations it would take around half an hours brisk walking to expend the energy in a pint of beer :).
