Thank you Alexa and hnd for your concern, unfortunately about 26 dead so far, with 4 people missing. I imagine there are more casualties that are unreported / unaccounted for.

Lots of damage to people's property in the affected areas (Sur, Quriyat, Masirah Island etc.), some with their houses just washed away.

It's sad... Me and everyone I know here are ok.

I am glad you and yours are ok, sad to hear about the dead and missing, and the damage inflicted. Hopefully something can be done to prevent'/ limit those things from happening in the future.
