.Any engineer with a garage, some fairly inexpensive injection moulding equipment and a set of blueprints could make something indistinguishable from a professionally produced product.
How the hell would you sell/distribute them though?

Yeah but it's not like you could just hire a power boat and meet someone comming from Pakistan/India with boxes of adult toys .
