Rihanna has brushed off criticism over her risque performance with Britney Spears at the Billboard Music Awards, insisting there will "always" be those who disapprove.

The two pop stars teamed up to duet on Rihanna's track S&M at the Las Vegas ceremony last weekend (22May11), pole-dancing onstage in matching leather bodices with their hands clamped with handcuffs.

I'm not actually refering to the outfits, its the outfits mixed with the attitude and the poledancing conmbination and the looking like they have just been shagged royally. These women are meant to be role models, which to be sexy doesn't mean selling yourself like a strumpet. As a women I find this performance pretty offensive and degrading and Im not exactly a prude. I normally like Rhianna and her dress sense and think she can look really hot but the overall look of this performance has just sent her straight down in my estimation.

So men like women to look like cheap streetwalking hookers-really- time and a place I'd say CTFC, anyone can look slutty but looking sexy takes a bit more class. There is a reason hookers are hookers- to be used by men- obviously I understand that perhaps that is all some men want- however how many hookers actually enjoy being hookers or made a choice to be one for a reason other than desperation (ok not all but the majority)? Which beggars the question why would any self respecting woman want to look like a hooker? Yes women want to look sexy but you don't have to look like your available by the hour to do that. I would like to think we have evolved more than that- perhaps men have not...

Whats sexier- a woman that looks like shed bang anyone who has cash or a woman that switches it on just for you? Or maybe men really are just scum who don't give a rats arse about women as long as they are getting their end away?
