Driving an hour down the coast tonight for dinner then golf in the morning. Might pass 10 cars and a few donkey carts.

Sorry.

Only place I go on Thursday nights is the local, **** trying to get anywhere like Downtown / SZR / Marina on a THursday night. Utterly hateful

Figures just out for DA. For 2015 over 78million SLF, up 10.7% on the 70.5 million that came through in 2014.
Now ahead of Heathrow not only for international passengers, total Heathrow nearly 75million.

Reality check for me: my company has just told me they will only be renewing my annual contract for a further four months from April. Large multinational NE Asian company that is seemingly replacing as many Europeans with their own as they can. They obviously brought us in for a reason and suffered our costs (well mine anyway - excellent value) for the past three years and have now decided contracts and claims have gone so far and with clear government funding issues, have reached the normal government client position of "forget the contract, here's how it is going to be' impasse and probably correctly see that there is little more anyone can do. They'll take their chances.
So, more importantly, anyone want a seasoned commercial manager.............................Will travel..........................

Conversely, the lawyers I know ( who may have consolidated offices in the UAE) are saying that they are extremely busy. Deals and restructuring galore.

Talking of business in general.

BP Shares. I hold a few, but at a cost average of 398. They closed last night at 335. I'm pretty sure these are only going to stay low before going up long term (few years).

Anyone got any opinion on BP at all? I'm about to stick a bit more cash in to bring my average down to 371.

currently trading at 328, so that'll bring your average down a bit more . I reckon most people holding O+G shares would be aswell to hold them for a couple of years until the industry picks up. But I know nothing.

Still pretty tough for us as our business is mainly based in West Africa. Nigerian President refusing to devalue the Naira. Official rate is 199 but the parallel rate has gone up to 307 to the Dollar.
